Mein erstes Werkzeug bekam ich mit fünf Jahren. Mit zwölf besuchte ich einen Schnitzkurs in Tirol, mit vierzehn stand ich das erste Mal an der Drechselbank.
Seit über 30 Jahren fertige ich Möbel und Küchen, die dem Menschen dienen und gefallen. 2010 habe ich mein selbst gebautes Werkstattgebäude mit großer Ausstellung verkauft und den Namen von Faktor 5 in Schreiner Schubert geändert. Heute arbeite ich bewusst in überschaubarem Rahmen – mit dem Anspruch, jedes Stück so zu fertigen, wie ich es selbst haben wollen würde.

Hier finden Sie Antworten auf die wichtigsten Fragen rund um Planung, Fertigung und Ablauf.
Wir beginnen mit einem persönlichen Erstgespräch. Danach erstelle ich eine maßgeschneiderte Planung und ein konkretes Angebot. Nach Freigabe fertige ich die Möbel in meiner Werkstatt und übernehme die Montage vor Ort.
Bevorzugt heimische Holzarten von Ahorn bis Zeder. Oberflächen werden geölt und/oder gewachst oder mit Möbel-Linoleum versehen. Ich kombiniere Holz auch gerne mit Glas, Stein, Metall oder farbigen Elementen.
Das hängt vom Umfang des Projekts ab. Kleinere Solitärmöbel sind oft schneller realisierbar, Küchen und größere Einrichtungen benötigen entsprechend mehr Zeit. Im Angebot gebe ich Ihnen immer einen realistischen Zeitrahmen.
Ja. Große Möbel konstruiere ich so, dass sie von ein bis zwei Personen auf- und abgebaut werden können. Das erleichtert den Transport und mögliche spätere Umzüge.
